My story
From a Los Angeles agency to Eastbourne.
Eleven years in Los Angeles
I spent eleven years in Los Angeles. I studied there, taking diplomas in philosophy and digital marketing at UCLA, and in 2013 started my career at a digital marketing agency, working across websites, search and email for businesses of every size.
My own consultancy, from 2015
After two years at the agency I set up on my own, working directly with clients rather than through account managers, and built a practice that served the wine industry in particular. My longest-standing client has been with me for a decade. That tells you most of what you need to know about how I like to work: closely, directly and for the long term.
Eastbourne, since 2021
I moved to Eastbourne in 2021. Today I work from the Foundry and stay involved in the local business community through Eastbourne unLtd Chamber of Commerce and The Learning Hub, where I also share what I know about AI and digital marketing.

I'm happiest when life is simple and grounded. Time with my family keeps everything in perspective and helps me turn up to projects calm and focused.
Rugby at the weekend
I play for Eastbourne RFC. Twenty-five years of rugby taught me resilience, discipline and how to stay composed when a plan stops working. Those show up in how I run projects.
