Marketing Data

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your name and email address via Mailchimp. We use this to send you marketing communications about our services. Lawful basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Scheduling Data

If you book a call or consultation via our scheduling tool, we collect your name, email address, and appointment details. We process this to arrange and manage the appointment. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.

3. Cookies

We use Complianz to manage cookie consent on our site. Cookies are set only with your consent, except for strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function. You can manage your preferences at any time via the cookie settings link in our website footer.

GA4 analytics cookies are only set if you consent. We use these to understand how visitors use our site.

  • Scheduling data: twelve months from the appointment date

  • Request erasure of your data in certain circumstances
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability where processing is based on consent or contract
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

8. How to Make a Data Protection Complaint
