Before we meet, you'll fill in a short form covering your current activity, what you've tried, your biggest frustration, your goal for the next 12 months. It means we use the two hours well.

In person in Eastbourne or East Sussex, or on video. I listen and ask until I have a clear picture of your situation. You talk, I take notes, and the questions go as deep as they need to.
